Praise for Bo’ness by non-stop runner

A runner who ran the John Muir Way non-stop has found time to praise the Bo’ness section. Kristian Delacour told The Sunday Post: “There were some really nice parts to this route, especially the section at Bo’ness.” See the story here.

Attracting visitors to Bo’ness

A new push to attract tourists to Bo’ness has got underway. Bo’net – which represents dozens of groups in the town – updated and republished its free map and guide to attractions in the area. Copies will be available from local libraries and other outlets in the district. More information here.

Pub praised for ‘excellent’ wheelchair access

The Corbie Inn, Bo’ness, has been praised for its “excellent” wheelchair access. In a review on the website Euan’s Guide, a contributor said there was “plenty of space”. He also praised the “excellent food” and “attentive” service. He concluded: “I would certainly recommend it to wheelchair users and I will be returning again.” Read the review here.
